5. Subscription and Payment Terms

FREE TRIAL: New users receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

BILLING: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

CANCELLATION: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

REFUNDS: Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not provide refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Nervous System Reset and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this service, including but not limited to any physical or emotional distress, medical complications, or relapse of symptoms.

You understand and agree that you use this service entirely at your own risk and that our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
